Avi founded CareerMinders in 2004 and has been instrumental in growing the firm’s business. He has developed a reputation for providing successful placements in the federal contracting industry and applying great judgment in selecting recruits for clients. Prior to CareerMinders, Avi spent many years with Accountants-On-Call and Ajilon.

Brien Davis has been a Partner at CareerMinders since 2005. Brien has worked for over twelve years in the accounting / recruiting industries and has a record of providing valuable service to clients in the federal contracting industry. This experience has enabled him to develop a keen professional judgment in evaluating potential recruits. Prior to CareerMinders, Brien worked as an executive recruiter at RemX Financial and as a Consultant / Auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers
